From AMI event correlation and AI-driven customer service improvements to segmentation strategies and A/B testing, the opportunities for insight are growing—and so are the questions.\n\n\nIn this informal, member-driven brainstorming session, the Customer Analytics Community will come together to share ideas, discuss emerging use cases, and identify priorities for 2026.
