How do I get my Certificate of Participation and Completion, as well as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for 100- and 200-level training courses after completing the class?
After completing the course, UAI will share your complete status with our training partner, The University of Oklahoma, and they will create and ship you a hard copy of your certificate, which notes your CEUs. The hard copy of the certificate will be shipped to you approximately 30-days after completion of the class. If you have not received your certificate after 30-days, please contact us.
How do I get a receipt for my purchase?
Receipts are automatically emailed to you after you make a purchase. If you do not receive the email receipt, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also view all of your orders on your My Account page.
How long do I have access to courses?
Online, on-demand course access expiration varies based on course. If you have questions about a specific course, please contact us at training@utilityanalytics.com.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
Full payment is required prior to attending the training class. All cancellations must be made in writing to Training@UtilityAnalytics.com. You may cancel without penalty up to 5 weeks prior to the scheduled date, after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. You may transfer 100% of the registration to another training class on a different date without penalty up to 5 weeks prior to the scheduled date, after which a $150 transfer fee will be charged. You may transfer your registration to another person up to one week prior to the scheduled date for in-person classes or up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date for virtual classes. No-shows and cancellations made on or after the scheduled training date will be charged the full class rate. All credit card refunds will be issued to the same credit card used during the original registration process.

Do you offer group discounts?

Do I need to pay for my training class prior to the class start date?
Yes. Payment must be received prior to the start of the training course. If payment is not received by the training course date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on a credit card until proof of payment is provided. You can pay for your class registration by credit card or invoice. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media/UAI Training.
Do you run your in-person events in accordance with official rules regarding COVID-19?
Endeavor Business Media, LLC will operated the in-person training in accordance with official federal and state government and local authority rules, following CDC guidelines and any additional venue or location-specific rules designed to mitigate the spread and contraction of COVID-19. By registering and attending this training course, you acknowledge and accept Endeavor Business Media’s Terms and Conditions.
