The 2018 Analytics Maturity Assessment Report presents results from confidential self-assessments completed by 42 UAI member utilities. The report evaluates analytics maturity across seven dimensions, including strategy, people, knowledge management, business process integration, analytics capabilities, technology and tools, and data management, and establishes early industry benchmarks for analytics leadership and technical competency.
