Analytics Maturity Assessment
The Analytics Maturity Assessment (AMA), developed by UAI staff and the Executive Advisory Council (EAC), is a confidential self-assessment tool designed to evaluate a utility’s analytics maturity across seven dimensions: strategy, people, analytics governance, business process integration, data governance, analytics capabilities, and technology & tools. Utilities that complete the survey join an AMA community, collaborating to use findings to develop strategies for increasing analytics maturity and refining the AMA. Results are scored and analyzed, with detailed findings published exclusively for members to drive organizational progress and informed decision-making through analytics.
