At Quanam, we’ve learned that implementing data governance is not a one-time project — it’s a journey, much like preparing for and running a race. In this session, we’ll share how we moved through the key stages of that journey: becoming Ready by fostering cultural change, getting Set by building practical foundations, and learning to Govern through real impact and continuous improvement.
We’ll highlight what worked, what didn’t, and how these lessons helped us turn governance into a driver of trust, better decisions, and long-term value.
What you will learn:
- Practical steps to start or strengthen your data governance.
- How to overcome common challenges through cultural change and engagement.
- How to connect governance efforts with business outcomes that matter.
