For the past five years, Duke Energy has leveraged satellite and advanced leak detection technologies to find and fix leaks faster. Partnering with Accenture, they’ve also developed a powerful technology platform to prioritize field work and track key metrics. When Baltimore Gas & Electric started a similar initiative, Duke Energy and Accenture leaned in to share valuable lessons learned.
