Session Description:

SRP has developed a robust residential demand response program with over 100,000 thermostats currently enrolled allowing for over 120 MW of dispatchable energy. As we continue to grow this program, it is essential that we invite customers to participate who are most likely to help us achieve our MW savings goals. Over the past year, our Market Analytics team has built a predictive model that helps uncover which customers are likely to save the most energy when participating in demand response. This analysis relied heavily on the use of AMI, or Advanced Metering Infrastructure, as a primary variable of interest. Come learn how we used this valuable data to identify the customers that will help meet our MW savings goals!
