Session Description:

Julie will share practical lessons from leading Enterprise AI strategy and enablement within a large utility, including how to identify and prioritize AI opportunities, establish intake and governance processes, align stakeholders across business and technology teams, and create the conditions for safe, scalable adoption. The presentation will also highlight examples of AI use cases across operations, knowledge management, productivity, and decision support, with a focus on what it takes to move from pilot activity to repeatable business impact.
