Session Description:

This session will highlight key milestones in CPS Energy’s GenAI journey, from the initial rollout of enterprise GenAI tools to the governance structures taking shape through its emerging AI Center of Excellence. It will explore how risks such as data privacy, hallucinations, and shadow AI are being addressed while training and enablement programs support responsible adoption across the organization. The session will also discuss current work, alignment with CPS Energy’s broader digital and data strategy, and a key lesson from the journey so far: adoption and change management remain harder than the technology itself.
