Join the Natural Gas Community on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM CT for an informal brainstorming session on, “Light-Up Season Readiness: An Informal Brainstorming Conversation” led by UAI’s Membership, Engagement, & Training Manager Leslie Cook.
Session Description:
Light-up season is around the corner—the busiest time of year for natural gas utilities as customers turn on their heating systems after months of inactivity. This seasonal shift brings surges in service requests, higher call volumes, and increased workloads for field technicians and customer support teams.
In this informal, member-driven brainstorming session, the Natural Gas Analytics Community will come together to share how their organizations are preparing for fall and winter. This is also an opportunity to refresh our 2026 topic list by hearing directly from members about what matters most in natural gas analytics today. Discussion areas may include:
• Leak survey approaches
• Pipeline analytics
• Energy efficiency
• Sustainability initiatives
• Fall/winter readiness (forecasts, operations, customer support load)
Bring your own topics, questions, and ideas—this session is designed to spark conversation, collaboration, and peer learning. We look forward to record attendance as we close out 2025 and prepare for a strong year ahead in the Natural Gas Analytics Community.
