November 11 Customer Analytics Community – Turning Insight into Action: An Informal Customer Analytics Brainstorming Conversation
Join the Customer Analytics Community on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM CT for an informal brainstorming session on, “Turning Insight into Action: An Informal Customer Analytics Brainstorming Conversation” led by UAI’s Membership, Engagement, and Training Manager Leslie Cook.
Session Description:
As utilities continue to refine their approach to customer experience and engagement, analytics teams are finding new ways to translate data into meaningful action. From AMI event correlation and AI-driven customer service improvements to segmentation strategies and A/B testing, the opportunities for insight are growing—and so are the questions.
In this informal, member-driven brainstorming session, the Customer Analytics Community will come together to share ideas, discuss emerging use cases, and identify priorities for 2026. This open conversation is designed to surface what matters most to our members and help shape next year’s discussions.
Discussion areas may include:
* Using AMI event correlation to identify true events of consequence (e.g., safety, theft/tamper, failing meters)
* Applying GenAI and AI technologies in customer service and experience
* Efficiently utilizing data to target and understand customer demographics
* Merging, correlating, and visualizing customer service and satisfaction data
* A/B testing use cases and software tools
* Expanding AMI analytics applications
