Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, has partnered with Bidgely in a collaborative effort to enable utilities and customers to make data-driven energy decisions and provide superior customer engagement through artificial intelligence (AI)-based load disaggregation.

By leveraging Bidgely’s UtilityAI Platform and only smart meter data, Moro Hub can offer appliance-level consumption insights to its customers, increasing customer engagement by allowing them to understand the impact of individual energy usage on electricity bills. This integration will also help Moro Hub drive energy efficiency and grid management through data-driven operations.
